The Underground Museum

The Kao Family Foundation (KFF) provided a grant for the recruitment and hiring of the Director / Curator for the Underground Museum. This artist-founded, family-run museum in Los Angeles serves as a cultural hub and alternative art space within the neighborhood of Arlington Heights, in Central Los Angeles. It brings art experiences and museum quality art to diverse audiences for free. A hidden gem, with an unassuming entrance, The Underground Museum serves as a cultural beacon within the community promoting cutting-edge African-American art with an “inclusive” mission.
